Although governed by a Management Committee MICDA Inc has a full time Day Manager and Office Manager who are delegated responsibilities for the supervision of staff and the day to day financial management of the organisation. Each program is overviewed by an Advisory Committee who provide direction and support to the program coordinators. Some programs employ volunteers to assist deliver program outcomes.
