Assistance with Care and Housing (ACHA)
This program aims to assist frail older people or prematurely aged people aged 50 years and over (or 45 years and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People) who are on a low income and who are at risk of homelessness or unable to receive the aged care services they need as a result living with hoarding behaviour or in a squalid living environment.
