What is Long Term Community Housing?
The Long Term Community Housing (LTCH) program aims to provide affordable long term accommodation to eligible clients on low incomes. Tenants living in MICDA LTCH are matched to housing that is appropriate to their needs, including cultural, and tenancies are sustained in accordance with eligibility criteria.
Regular inspections and rent reviews assists MICDA to operate a sustainable LTCH program comprising:
- Eight x 2 bedroom units
- Four x 4 bedroom units
- One x 4 bedroom disability house
